How does my order ship?

Your goods will be delivered to the school. The administration will notify you when they are ready. 

What is your return policy?

Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase you can return the item for a complete refund less shipping charges as long as the item has NOT been worn.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Your orders are being batched on a weekly basis and released on Friday. Generally standard production times run 7-10 working days from Friday. 

Do you do custom orders?

Absolutely, we are a full-service logo clothing, printing and promotional product company. Please contact us directly for custom quotations.

How do I contact customer service?

Visit our Contact page and fill out the form. Someone will contact  you in 24 hours. 

What is the quality of your products?

We use the highest quality products that have been approved by the school administration. 

Are your Payments Secure?

We process all payments through PayPal which has encryption and fraud prevention tools. Your financial information is not shared. We do not share your information with third party marketing firms.

Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover).

How will my transaction show up on credit card statements and e-mail updates.
